Petra Todorovich, Director of America 2050 will testify in support of high speed rail in front of The Subcommittee on Railroads, Pipelines, and Hazardous Materials on Wednesday October 14, 2009.  Todorovich will stress that high-speed rail is a necessary component of the infrastructure systems that America needs for future economic growth, and that this national network should be built around the nation's megaregions.
